Azul Ultramar is a spatial transformation studio for properties with potential in Spain.We work with international buyers, homeowners and investors who want more than a standard property search or a conventional renovation. Our role is to see what a space can become — before decisions are made, money is invested or works begin.Founded by Zahira Barneto, a fine art painter and former production designer in the New York film industry, the studio brings together property vision, renovation experience, art direction and an artistic eye for light, matter, color and atmosphere.The result is a clearer way to buy, assess and transform a property with beauty, coherence and value.
